Our Process
4 Step Process for a Direct Cremation |
Step 1: First Contact - Upon first contact we will take all of the necessary information over the phone or through our webform to allow us to take your loved one into our care.
Step 2: Documentation - We will fill out the necessary documents using the information you provided to us. Documentation can be completed through fax and email or we can meet with you in person to complete this step.
Step 3: Completion - After the cremation is complete you can pick up the remains from the crematorium or they can be delivered to you.
Step 4: Payment - You may send us a cheque in the mail or pay by credit card and your Proof of Death Certificates will arrive in the mail shortly thereafter.
